5. Refund Policy

Where a customer is entitled to a refund, Rhulani Transfer & Tours will process the refund to the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days after approval of the refund.

The time taken for the funds to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the relevant bank or payment provider.

Where cancellation charges or other legitimate costs apply, these may be deducted from the amount refundable to the customer.

No refund will be payable for services that have already been fully provided, except where the customer has a legal right to a refund due to a failure by Rhulani Transfer & Tours to provide the agreed service.

6. Cancellation or Changes by Rhulani Transfer & Tours

Rhulani Transfer & Tours reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or modify a service where reasonably necessary due to circumstances including:

  • Road closures;
  • Traffic or accidents;
  • Government restrictions;

  • Other circumstances that may make the planned service unsafe or impractical.

Where Rhulani Transfer & Tours cancels a booking for reasons within its control, the customer may be offered an alternative service, rescheduled booking or appropriate refund, depending on the circumstances.

Where cancellation occurs because of circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control, Rhulani Transfer & Tours will work with the customer to find a reasonable alternative where possible.

7. Delivery and Provision of Services

Rhulani Transfer & Tours will make reasonable efforts to provide services on the agreed date, time and location.

Customers should be ready at the agreed collection point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time, unless otherwise instructed.

For airport transfers, customers should provide accurate flight information so that reasonable arrangements can be made for flight delays or changes.

Estimated journey times are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, road conditions, weather, accidents, road closures or other circumstances outside the company’s control.

8. Waiting Time

Where a customer is not available at the agreed pick-up time, the driver may wait for a reasonable period.

Additional waiting charges may apply where the agreed waiting period is exceeded.

For airport arrivals, reasonable allowance may be made for immigration, baggage collection and airport procedures where the relevant flight information has been supplied in advance.

Customers who fail to arrive or make contact within a reasonable waiting period may be treated as a no-show, and the booking may be considered completed for cancellation purposes.

9. No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs where a customer fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location and does not provide reasonable notice to Rhulani Transfer & Tours.

No-show bookings may be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the booking value, depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.

10. Changes to Bookings

Customers should notify Rhulani Transfer & Tours as soon as possible if they wish to change:

  • Travel dates;
  • Pick-up or drop-off locations;
  • Number of passengers;
  • Travel times;
  • Tour destinations; or
  • Other booking details.

Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

A change to the date or service may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and creation of a new booking where appropriate.

11. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to:

  • Follow reasonable instructions provided by the driver or tour representative;
  • Behave respectfully towards drivers, staff and other passengers;
  • Wear seatbelts where provided;

12. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their luggage and personal belongings are properly secured.

Rhulani Transfer & Tours will take reasonable care of passengers’ belongings but cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost, stolen or left behind unless the loss results from the company’s negligence or other liability recognised by law.

Passengers should check the vehicle carefully before leaving it.

13. Vehicle Substitution

Rhulani Transfer & Tours may use an alternative vehicle or qualified service provider where reasonably necessary to fulfil a booking, provided that the replacement arrangement is reasonably suitable for the agreed service.

14. Delays

However, the company will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including traffic congestion, accidents, roadworks, weather conditions, road closures, security incidents or other unforeseen circumstances.
